Emmi Sprayberry is an artist, illustrator, and photographer from Jackson, MS. With a passion for storytelling, she creates work using color, line, and contrast to pull the viewer deeper into an immersive experience. Merging her love of documentary photography with her love of color, Emmi explores moments from her travels and everyday life.
Through her art, Emmi has received national recognition for her documentary photography work in Malawi. The artist's work was also featured on a cover for the band Empty Atlas. Currently Emmi teaches at St. Andrew's Episcopal School where she enjoys connecting her students to community engagement through art.
